Project 4 - Documentation

Group 9´s task is to documentate all the activities going on during the `4 Länder Technologie Projekt´ with focus on the project group activities.

Their day starts with a meeting of all members of the groups to discuss what topics will be in that day and who is doing what. After that they work until about 2pm on an individual basis in a very relaxed atmosphere. They then put their articles together and make the actual layout of the newsletter which often takes more than an hour. Often they run out of time.

The data is than transferred to the printer and printed off and everybody is given a copy.
